Android phones are typycally easy to use but eventually you’ll find that some irregularities happen. Find out the problems and the answres to your questions like why, how and when in my quick and simple trouble shooting tips. Here are some common android phone problems and their solutions:

CONTACTS ARE NOT SYNCING

You  noticed that the number of your contacts in your android phone is not the same as from the numbers in Google contacts. The common reason for this is  that the sync process has merged with the similar contacts.  The solution is to remove the contacts from your android phone and re-sync. This should bring your contacts back.

VIDEO CAN NOT BE DISPLAYED

There are some cases that the video taken on an android phone can not be played straight away from the gallery.  The solution is simply removed the battery for like one minute and reinsert it.  Then go to the gallery and play the video That could not be played.

CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE DESKTOP

There are many cases that the android phones can’t connect to the desktop properly when they first connect to the desktop .  The solution is not all android phones are the same, go to their official website, read their instructions and policies, download and install the right drivers.

TEXT MESSAGE GOES TO THE WRONG PERSON

You sent a message to your friend but the wrong person received it even if you checked the receipient’s number. I could say there is a bug.  This is the common android phone Issue.  The solution is update your phone.

ANDROID MARKET DOESN’T LOAD

If this happens, the setting might not have been configured properly. The solution is go to Settings / Applications / Manage Applications and look up for android market app.  In this screen, you’ll find the “clear cache” button, hit the button and it will release the recent cache data. Now, close the screen and restart your phone.
